We were in this state for only a short time, but we did see Bison as we drove through it on our way to Colorado! The kids were very impressed with the bison and then they got super-excited when we finally started to see mountains! Zach has been waiting for weeks to see big "Daddy mountains" as he calls them. ;)
So, we drove through Cheyenne and we could barely see the capitol building in the distance. It started to get really windy and we had some nasty rain until we got into Colorado.
The pic for our "Wyoming" sign was really dark, but I didn't get another chance to take that photo. It is what it is! So, to somewhat make up for the bad photo of the sign, I took a picture at a gas station with Olivia and Emilie holding up postcards from Wyoming to prove we were really there. ;)
